RETURN POLICY

Return period:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Eligibility for returns: to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unworn, and in their original condition.
• all tags must be attached
• sale items are final and cannot be returned

How to return:

1. Request a return: Contact our customer service team at info@farahkimia.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare tour package: pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation.
3. Ship your return: send your return to the following address: Farah Kimia store, Zelezna 1, 110 00 Praha Stare Mesto, Czech Republic.

Return shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure tour return is recived.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the transation.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact info@farahkimia.com

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
